- User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Website.
- Device – an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website
- Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device
§ 2 Types of Cookies
- Internal Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system
- External Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by IT systems of External websites
- Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External websites during one session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
- Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External websites until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the Device session ends unless the User’s Device configuration is set to the mode of deleting Cookie files after the Device session ends.
§ 3 Security
- Storage and reading mechanisms – Storage and reading mechanisms of Cookies do not allow the retrieval of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. The transfer of viruses, Trojan horses, and other worms to the User’s Device is practically impossible.
- Internal Cookies – internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices
- External Cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files from the Website’s partners. The list of partners is provided further in the Cookie Policy.

The Administrator does not cooperate with external websites and the Website does not place or use any external Cookie files.
§ 6 Possibilities of determining the conditions of storing and accessing on User Devices by the Website and External websites

- The Administrator applies all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the state of security of the device they use.
- The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in Cookie files, impersonation of the User’s session, or their deletion, as a result of conscious or unconscious User activity, viruses, Trojan horses, and other spyware with which the User’s Device may be infected.
- Users, in order to protect themselves against the threats indicated in the previous point, should follow the guidelines related to network security.
- Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may at any time change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookies. The Administrator is not responsible to the extent permitted by law for the operation of cookies used by partner websites. Users may at any time independently manage permissions and cookie settings for any given website.
§ 8 Website requirements
- Restricting the saving and access to Cookie files on the User’s Device may cause incorrect operation of some functions of the Website.
- The Administrator bears no responsibility for incorrectly functioning features of the Website if the User limits the ability to save and read Cookie files in any way.
§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy
- The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Cookie Policy without the need to inform users about it.
- The changes introduced to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
- The introduced changes come into force on the date of publication of the Cookie Policy.
